There will be several classes; each with a different theme and focus spirit. Bar Manager Ryan Fitzgerald will lead the hands on class where you’ll have your own bar station, be able to create and enjoy three different cocktails, and learn more about spirits, cocktails, mixers, and how to stock the perfect bar.
The next class dates and topics are: December 19th-Discovering Mezcal, January 23rd -The Daquiri Demystified, February 13th-Sweet and Dry; An exploration of Vermouth, March 19th-The New Frontier of American Whiskey.
